With a background in both psychology and computer science from the University of Arizona, I approach every client engagement from two angles: understanding what your team needs and analyzing the technical systems that will support them. I stay on top of industry shifts, carrier changes, and compliance updates so you don’t have to.

With a background in engineering operations at Coterra Energy, I spent seven years turning raw field data into revenue forecasts and production reports—work that demanded precision and speed. When I joined PEO Consultants over six years ago, I brought that same analytical rigor to a new challenge: breaking down complex PEO proposals into clear, comparable cost structures.

My role is to eliminate the guesswork. I dissect every quote, identify hidden fees, compare benefit packages line-by-line, and build the side-by-side analyses that show you exactly where your money goes. With a B.S. in Biology from Colorado State and an MBA from UC Denver, I approach each client project like a data puzzle—and I don’t stop until the picture is crystal clear.

Outside of work, I’m raising three boys in the Colorado countryside, training for my first half-marathon, and spending as much time as possible outdoors—camping, paddleboarding, horseback riding, or cheering from the sidelines at baseball and football games.
